Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract for services. Cleaning services are provided only under a separate written agreement between you and YHWY Properties, and the terms of that agreement will control the services we perform.
3. Scheduling
Walkthroughs and consultations may be scheduled through a third-party scheduling service (Calendly). Your use of that service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party scheduling tools.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to YHWY Properties and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use in evaluating our services.
