Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This collects aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, referring sources, approximate region, device type, and browser. Our analytics provider does not use cookies and does not collect information that personally identifies you.

- Schedule and conduct on-site walkthroughs and consultations;

When you book a walkthrough, you are directed to a third-party scheduling page (Calendly), which has its own privacy practices. Information you enter there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy. The Site may also contain links to other websites; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Third-party services you interact with (such as Calendly) may set their own cookies on their pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
